The 6 values at the heart of our cell groups are:
Jesus at the centre - when we meet, Jesus is with us and through our experience we will get to know God better.
Every member ministry - Every member has something to offer and will be encouraged to use their gifts and skills.
Every member maturity - Christianity is about a developing relationship with Jesus. The cell is a safe place to wrestle with questions and problems, with the encouragement of other members.
Cells that multiply - Cells are groups that exist for a time period with the intention of attracting new members, therefore as they grow, to keep the effectiveness of a small group, one cell will multiply into two.
The idea is that cell groups multiply - 1 becomes 2!
Cells are communities - Cells are groups where relationships are the focus. We want to facilitate discipleship (following Jesus' teaching) and outreach to others. Members should support each other and hold each other accountable for their actions.
Cell is a lifestyle - Cells are about openness and honesty. In that situation problems can be shared and explored. Members can experience Jesus, learning to love him and others in their community.
